Prices
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices shown on our website are the prices payable at the time an order is placed, subject to any applicable delivery charges.
Where Luxe Scenses is VAT registered, prices will include VAT where applicable. Where the business is not required to charge VAT, VAT will not be separately charged.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in your order.
After submitting your order, you will normally receive an email acknowledging that it has been received. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Luxe Scenses is formed when we accept your order in accordance with our ordering process.

Refusing or Cancelling an Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for goods will pass to you in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Ownership of the goods will pass to you once we have received payment in full.

Cancelling an Online Purchase
Consumers purchasing online may have a legal right to change their mind and cancel eligible purchases.
Generally, you may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one promotional code may be used per order.

- Promotions cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
